2026 VSGA Amateur & State Open of Virginia Qualifier

FORMAT:

• 18-hole stroke play competition
• All non-exempt players must qualify to play in each championship.
• The total number of participants at each qualifier will vary by site and will be filled by lowest Handicap Index as of May 11, 2026.

 

STARTING TIMES

• Starting times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off hole #1.

• Groupings and starting times will be made available on Friday, May 15.

 

COURSE FEE

• Included in your entry fee.

 

QUALIFYING SPOTS

• The number of qualifying spots in each division will be announced the day before the qualifier.

 

TENTATIVE YARDAGE

• 6,600 - 6,700 yards

 

PRACTICE ROUNDS

• Available anytime May 11-14 based off availability. Available May 18 after 12:00 p.m. based on availability.

• Call the pro shop at (540) 552-9165. Be sure to identify yourself as playing a practice round for this event. Do not just show up.

• Fee: $50
  • Range balls are included in your practice round fee.
  • Range balls are included the day of the qualifier.
